Refund policy

This policy explains when Sql Querymaster may issue refunds for paid course seats. Website pricing is informational; refunds apply only after an invoice has been paid under a confirmed enrolment.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing within 14 days of payment and have not accessed more than one module or attended a live clinic. After that window, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if illness or firm reassignment prevents continuation.

Timeframe

Send refund requests within the 14-day cooling-off period for a standard full refund review, or as soon as practicable thereafter for exceptional cases.

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds return the tuition paid for the unused seat. Partial refunds typically deduct a materials fee reflecting mentor time already booked (commonly up to 25% of tuition) when cancellation occurs after clinic scheduling.

Non-refundable items

Custom Practice Network briefing days that have already been delivered, third-party invigilation fees if any, and completed one-to-one mentoring hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@sql-querymaster.digital with your invoice number, learner name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days and outline the decision path.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Sql Querymaster

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of unused tuition.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law remain unaffected. If materials were clearly misdescribed, contact us immediately so we can remedy or refund as appropriate.
